Loving Connections
The Healing Power of After-Death Communications

by Lisa J. Heiser, M.A., LCPC, NCC
and Jane Vair Bissler, Ph.D., LPCC, FT
This book tells the story of love that never dies. Written by two acclaimed mainstream professional counselors, for all those who have ever loved another with the depths of their heart, it describes the continuing connections of such love between those who have passed to the other side and those who have been so bereaved. Described in this book are the ways in which these loving connections support, enable, and empower grief-stricken individuals to regain emotional equilibrium, attain a sense of peace, and acquire new vitality and unexpected joy for living again.
As counselors, Jane and Lisa know that many bereaved in our culture have been afraid to discuss the experiences they have had with their deceased loved ones for fear of being ostracized or thought “crazy.” They also know that many counselors, psychotherapists, and other helping professionals who work with the bereaved are not presently trained to recognize the healing value that such ongoing, loving connections can bring to those struggling with loss and grief.
Through this book, the authors enable both the bereaved, and professionals who support them, to discover all the healing and guiding value that comes from recognizing Loving Connections!
